Criminal Conviction Check - ACS will search for conviction records in your subject’s name and county of residence OR every past county in which they have lived for the past 7 years (your choice). Our investigators have 15 years experience in perfecting complex court data and systems to find and report these conviction records. Our report will clearly tell you if “No Record was found”, or in the case there is a record, it will show the conviction date and county, offense, sentence served, fine paid, and any other detail made available by the court. “Database records” used by other services can contain outdated, unreliable and inaccurate information. ACS verifies with direct source information only.

Sex Offender Search – Federal and State Comprehensive Search - A Sex offender search is a necessary tool in a complete background search as offenders may be registered in a state other than the state of conviction. We first check State registries as they have the latest information available. We then additionally check the national registry so that all possible records are identified. You and your children deserve to be ACS safe.

Address Trace - If the subject’s social security number is known, performing an address trace is a valuable tool allowing ACS to search conviction records in all areas in which the applicant has lived the past seven years (if the seven year search is chosen).

Alias Name Search - Alias names exist in many cases; Marriage, divorce, foreign translation, or multiple last names. People with something to hide know how to use these various name to their advantage. Choosing to perform the ACS search on all alias names assures the most thorough background check possible. Divorce Verification - ACS will search direct court records to verify the divorce record you have been told of actually exists and is final. Imperative to moving forward in any new relationship, not only for the status of the individual but to know they are honest and trustworthy as well. When available you will receive confirmation of the date filed, date of decree or dissolution, and the names of the parties involved.

Federal Records / Bankruptcy Search - Federal criminal, civil and bankruptcy records can be searched and verified to further expand your confidence in your personal search subject.

Property Records: (Coming Soon) - Does your subject really own the house he/she lives in? Or are they just saying they do? Would you like to know for sure? ACS can access property records across the nation – direct from the county source to verify property ownership.
